Bins R Done are the main innovators and driving force behind this great idea. Our HOPE is to change the way we tackle poverty and homelessness.

As good as it is to donate clothing and food towards families and individuals struggling through poverty. As many would agree this is just a “band-aid on broken glass” style of solution to a problem that needs much, much deeper attention.

Our Vision to create a foundation that provides a SAFE HAVEN and facilities to provide EDUCATION, MOTIVATION and access to tools used in the QUEST for ENTREPRENUERSHIP.

These SAFE HOMES will be used for Families and Individuals who are struggling to get their feet on the ground, a place to seek shelter, clothing, food sanitary facilities, gym equipment, motivational content, Internet, and printing access. 

There will be classrooms for basic training, Conference rooms for THINK-TANK sessions and viability assessments, whilst also hosting some of Australia’s and even the World’s greatest Motivational Speakers, Entrepreneurs and Government representatives. 

There will be confidentiality agreements in place so we can protect people’s Ideas whilst helping them get started. We will have a team of volunteers and business owners to guide and INCUBATE these new creations and future Businesses into REALITY.

Most of the youth and adults that come from the STREETS have grown up rough, have been at the bottom and would have a burning DESIRE to FIGHT their way out! This is called HUNGER and as most successful business owners would know, this alone is an immensely POWERFUL tool. Once given the right DIRECTION and the right BELIEF SYSTEMS these hardened HEARTS will become unbeatable.

Our Projections Going Forward With Donations

Bins R Done are the initial force providing donations. We are committed to contributing $5 from every Skip Bin sold and 25c from every Wheelie Bin Service we provide.

What we ask and can only HOPE for is that our Local Community, Builders, Business Owners and Government get behind this great and meaningful initiative and support Bins R Done to make a difference. Advertising packages available soon for those who support this meaningful cause.

STAGE #1 (Sleeping Bags) $800

Our first stage is the raise $800 to buy some quality sleeping bags for those struggling on the cold winter streets. With this first initial funding our plans are to donate this through ST Vincent DePaul’s as we have already recently raised and donated $1011 for LOUIS VAN.

Whilst we are in the process of developing our Charity Foundation HOPE ‘N’ HOME. Donating to ST Vincent De Pauls is the quickest way to for us to make an impact.

STAGE #2 (Setting up the Foundation) $5000.

Our next stage will be setting up the foundation.

As there is a lot of legal requirements with rules and regulations that need to be meet, this stage has a few costs and arrangements to be made.

The Good news is that we already have a prominent Hobart based Lawyers firm on board. They are extremely keen to help at a heavily reduced cost!… and even better they will be a big contributing supporter with their services for the future of HOPE ‘N’ HOME

STAGE #3 (Setting up the 1st Safe Hub) $500,000

This will be the most exciting stage! But it will also be when we need the most support.

By this stage we will already be established and ready to hit the ground running, with some Government assistants, pilot programs in place, and some of Hobarts most respected and successful Businesses ready to influence these peoples lives, HOPE ‘N’ HOME will begin to create MIRACLES.

We already have some plans in place for some pilot programs that will be ready to start straight up. The Vision is that these IDEAS & INITATIVES can create their own WEALTH therefore starting the process of a Self-Sufficient Foundation. Programs as such, will be involving the process of recycling waste building materials into usable products or processes.(instead of going to landfill)  And other ideas include litter reduction in the Hobart & Surrounding communities …creating a more pleasant place for us all to live.

STAGE #4 The sky’s the Limit
(Establish multiple permanent Safe Hubs)

7 DAYS...Your first small step...of a large leap to greatness!

DAY 1. DREAM

MORNING: The first twenty minutes from waking is when our brain absorbs and retains the most information. as soon as you are awake listen to this video attached. (DREAM)

EXCERCISE: 5 push ups, 5 sit ups, 5 bodyweight squats x 4 sets with a 1 minute break between sets.

(If your already reasonably fit increase this by 5 reps).

MID DAY: Today is about dreaming of a better life, really stretch your imagination, where money isn’t an issue, where there is no boundaries, just dream of what would make your life become a HAPPY PLACE.

AFTERNOON: Go to bed a little earlier, at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 6:00 am.

DAY 2. ONE SMALL ACCOMPLISHMENT.

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep.

Self affirmations have been proven to change the way one thinks and believes about their self,  it takes around 21 days to create a new habit. Forgive yourself for past mistakes, believe in the new you, believe it will be better. (Listen to this self affirmations VIDEO  first thing in the morning for the next 21 days)

EXCERCISE: 5 push ups, 5 sit ups, 5 bodyweight squats x4sets with 1 minute break between sets. (If your already reasonably fit increase this by 5 reps)

MID DAY:  Once again its all about dreaming its possible, stretch and search for what it is that  you would truly love to do.(what we are passionate about is where we succeed)

OBJECTIVE: Buy yourself or borrow or ask someone for a pair of blue tooth earpiece speakers. (Save time by listening to videos whilst achieving small tasks).

AFTERNOON: Go to bed a little earlier, at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 6:00 am again.

DAY 3. HELP SOMEONE ELSE.

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep. 

Listen to the self affirmation Video from day 2.

EXCERCISE: 10 star jumps, 10 windmills,  do this for 4 sets, 1 minute break between sets. Go for 10 minute walk one direction, then walk back. (If possible find a random motivational video on youtube to listen too whilst walking).

MID DAY:  Today really think about what it is your going to do first once your fit and ready. Plan your strategy, maybe some voluntary work for starters, maybe its find a new job or maybe its stay in your current job until a certain stage. (Don’t worry if you cant work it out completely just start the process).

HELP SOMEONE: Find one situation where you can help someone. No matter how small. Help a lady open the door, take someone’s trolley back to the cart holder. It may just be as simple as saying “Thank you, you are really good at your job” to a cashier. Simply help someone its easy.

AFTERNOON: Go to bed at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 5:45am. A little earlier now!

Go to sleep thinking of how great things are going to be soon, think of all the good things you will do for others and in turn all the good things that will come to you.

 

DAY 4. SET GOALS.

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep.

SELF AFFRIMATIONS: Listen to self affirmation from day 2 video.

EXCERCISE: 7 push ups, 7 sit ups, 7 bodyweight squats x4 sets with 1 minute break between sets.

(If your already reasonably fit increase this by 5 reps).

MID DAY:  Once again its all about dreaming its possible, stretch and search for what it is that  you would truly love to do.

OBJECTIVE: Go out and buy a diary day planner, even a pen and pad will do for starters. (Its Important to write it down to imprint it in your mind). Come home and go through video again whilst writing down your goals as you go.

AFTERNOON: Go to bed a little earlier, at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 5:45 am again.

DAY 5. GETTING STRONGER

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep.

SELF AFFRIMATIONS: Listen to self affirmation from day 2 video.

EXCERCISE: 7 push ups, 7 sit ups, 7 bodyweight squats x4 sets with 1 minute break between sets.(if your already reasonably fit increase this by 5 reps).

MID DAY:  You may not have finished your goal setting from yesterday, spend today running over your goals again and becoming clear on what your aiming for. Remembering that along your journey things may change don’t worry this is completely normal.

OBJECTIVE: Everyday from now going forward your looking for opportunities to help someone, make connections or just start conversation with someone this will help build your confidence and self esteem.

AFTERNOON: Go to bed a little earlier, at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 5:30. (A little Earlier).

DAY 6. PROGRESS BEATS NEGATIVITY

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep. “WELL DONE… YOUR REALLY STARTING TO BUILD MOMENTUM”

SELF AFFRIMATIONS: Listen to self affirmation from day 2 video.

EXCERCISE: 15 star jumps, 15 windmills x4 sets 1 minute break between sets, 15 minute walk one direction then walk back. (If your already reasonably fit increase this by 5 reps).

MID DAY:  Today is about stopping the negative thoughts, forgiveness is the key, forgive your self, forgive others, and trust your new beliefs.

OBJECTIVE: every day from now on THINK BIG!

AFTERNOON: Go to bed a little earlier, at least by 10:00pm. Set your alarm for 5:30.

DAY 7. FAIL YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS

MORNING: Make your bed as soon as your up. 

Tidy around your area where you sleep.

SELF AFFRIMATIONS: Listen to self affirmation from day 2 video. (Do this as you stretch to save time)

EXCERCISE: REST DAY!….but stretch day, stretch all your different muscles today. Hamstrings, Quads, Neck, Arms, Back… 4 sets of each muscle group. After your stretching find a quite spot to relax and a little meditation 1/2 hour.

(Training your sub-conscious that you will attract wealth)

MID DAY:  Stop looking at FAILURE as a negative, failure in the past, failure in the present and failure in the future. Its happened and will happen again. But that is good, learn from failure and turn it into strength. Every failure your one step closer to success.
